Wine Style:	Full bodied Red Wine
Tasting Notes:	Opaque purple colour opens your sensory experience of this seductive wine. Nose and palate show tantalizing notes of blueberry, white pepper and French oak (12-15 months), all combining in a powerful and intense wine of quality with a melted chocolate texture and a long finish. Will totally wipe out any Shiraz in this price category!! You can bet on it!!!
Winemaking:	This wine was whole berry fermented and cold soaked. Halfway through fermentation, half of the wine was pumped into French Oak barrels and dry fermented. The rest was left to ferment dry on the skin. It was then racked into 2nd and 3rd fill French Oak barrels for 12-15 months.
Food Match:	. Great with grilled red meats, Mediterranean dishes and strong cheeses.
Aging Potential:	Made to be enjoyed now or within 3-4 years.
